EUR/USD 29/02 After LTRO

It seems like the market has not reacted too much to LTRO which has determined EUR 529.50 financing. We are still around 1.3460′s.
It seems like the market has the potential to keep up with the upside move. Targets are 1.3530 and 1.3610 respectively. For things to change from upper trend to lower, 1.3320 is a very critical level. As long as 1.3320 holds, we must keep our confidence for the upside trend.
